The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Wadowice County. The main result of the project will be the employment of project participants at the level of: — persons not eligible for any of the following groups – 43 %, – disabled persons – 17 %, – long-term unemployed -35 %, – low-skilled – 36 %. The project will support people under the age of 30 eligible for aid profiles I or II. In the project, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation to each participant will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wadowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: - osoby nie kwalifikujące się do żadnej z poniższych grup - 43%, - osoby niepełnosprawne - 17%, - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne -35%, - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - 36%. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I lub II. W projekcie przedstawienie każdemu z uczestników konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyzpozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Strona - (Polish)
