The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Quarter district. The participants of the project will be 133 young people aged 18-29 without a job 78K/55M, registered with PUP Kluczbork as unemployed (members of the I or II aid profile) who do not participate in education and training (so-called. NEETs), as defined by the NEET category in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020. Under the project, each person will be covered by work or professional guidance and will then be directed to traineeships in order to acquire practical skills for work or training in order to acquire the appropriate skills needed to work or to be allocated one-off funds to take up a business activity. The main result of the project will be the acquisition of professional qualifications by at least 16 unemployed people and employment efficiency: —for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups – at least 43 %, – for disabled persons – at least 17 %, – for the long-term unemployed – at least 35 %, – for low-skilled persons – at least 48 %. POWIAT KLUCZBORSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KLUCZBORKU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kluczborskim. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 133 osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy 78K/55M, zarejestrowanych w PUP Kluczbork jako bezrobotni (należący do I lub II profilu pomocy), którzy nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. Młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020. W ramach projektu każda osoba zostanie objęta pośrednictwem pracy lub poradnictwem zawodowym, a następnie w celu zwiększenia możliwości zatrudnienia zostanie skierowana na staż, aby nabyć umiejętności praktyczne do wykonywania pracy lub na szkolenie, aby zdobyć odpowiednie kwalifikacje potrzebne do pracy lub zostaną jej przyznane jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez co najmniej 16 osób bezrobotnych oraz efektywność zatrudnieniowa: -dla uczestników nie kwalifikujacych się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych - na poziomie co najmniej 43%, -dla osób niepełnosprawnych - na poziomie co najmniej 17%, -dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - na poziomie co najmniej 35%, -dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - na poziomie co najmniej 48%.
