The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the zgier district. The number of unemployed (including long-term unemployed) working after leaving the programme (including self-employed) will amount to 409 people. The project will support people under the age of 30 enrolled in the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT ZGIERSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W ZGIERZU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie mozliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie zgierskim. Liczba osób bezrobotnych (łącznie z długotrwale bezrobotnymi) pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracjącymi na własny rachunek) wyniesie 409 osób. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifiowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejetności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
