The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Wschów. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by: — 43 % of participants not eligible for groups of people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled people, – 17 % of participants with disabilities, – 35 % of long-term unemployed, – 48 % of low-skilled persons registered with the PUP. The project will support 153 people under the age of 30 who are eligible for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). In case of need (according to the IPD), beneficiaries will receive double support, e.g. once the training has been completed, they will receive one-off funds to start the department. gosp. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the District Labour Office in Wschów will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wschowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: - 43% uczestników niekwalifikujących się do grup osób niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych i osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, - 17% uczestników niepełnosprawnych, - 35% długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 48% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną 153 osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W przypadku zaistnienia potrzeby (zgodnie z IPD) beneficjenci zostaną objęci podwójnym wsparciem np. po ukończonym szkoleniu otrzymają jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie dział. gosp. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy we Wschowie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.
