The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people below 30 years of living without a job in the Sokolov County. The main result of the project will be the employment of 17 % of the disabled, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 48 % of the low-skilled and 43 % of those not eligible for any of the above mentioned target groups participating in the project (according to the measurement methodology included in the Guidelines for the implementation of ESF measures in the labour market area 14-20) and registered with PUP Sokołów Podlaski. As part of the project, support will be given to people under 30 who are qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiekszenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku zycia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sokołowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjecie zatrudnienia przez 17 % osób niepełnosprawnych, 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 48% osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami i 43% osób nie kwalifikujących sie do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup docelowych biorących udział w projekcie(zgodnie z metodologią pomiaru zawartą w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 14-20) i zarejestrowanych w PUP Sokołów Podlaski. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby ponizej 30 roku zycia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I( tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu II( tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejetności, predyspozyci i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
