POWIAT GORLICKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W GORLICACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 r. życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie gorlickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu. W tym celu w ramach projektu zakłada się osiągnięcie minimalnego poziomu kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED3), imigranci, reemigranci) na poziomie 42% oraz minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup na poziomie 57%.Szkolenia realizowane w ramach projektu będą zgodne ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i potencjałem uczestnika projektu oraz zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami lokalnego lub regionalnego rynku pracy. Przyczyni się to do osiągnięcia bardziej efektywnych rezultatów proponowanego wsparcia oraz dostosowania kwalifikacji i kompetencji osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia do potrzeb zidentyfikowanych na lokalnym i regionalnym rynku pracy, co w konsekwencji pozwoli na zwiększenie ich szans na podjęcie stałego zatrudnienia. Efektem szkoleń będzie uzyskanie kwalifikacji lub nabycie kompetencji w rozumieniu Wytycznych w zakresie monitorowania postępu rzeczowego realizacji programów operacyjnych na lata 2014-2020.Ponadto w ramach projektu zostaną przyznane jednorazowo środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 32 osób bezrobotnych.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020. The main result of the project will be the employment of project participants. To this end, the project assumes a minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for the most vulnerable (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people (up to ISCED3), immigrants, immigrants) at 42 %, and a minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for other non-members of the above groups at the level of 57 %. This will contribute to achieving more effective results of the proposed support and adapting the qualifications and competences of those without employment to the needs identified in the local and regional labour market, thereby increasing their chances of taking up permanent employment. The result of the training will be to obtain qualifications or acquire competences within the meaning of the Guidelines for monitoring the physical progress of the operational programmes for 2014-2020.In addition, the project will be allocated once for 32 unemployed people to start a business activity.As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of ESF measures in the labour market area for the period 2014-2020.
