Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie janowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną 234 osoby (119kobiet i 115mężczyzn) ponizej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I i II. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzez analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować bedzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj. staże dla 153 osób, szkolenia dla 47 osób, jednorazowe srodki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 34 osób. Aby działania na rzecz tej grupy przyniosły zaplanowane efekty, w pierwszej kolejności zidentyfikujemy potrzeby wszystkich uczestników projektu oraz zdiagnozujemy możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikacje stopnia oddalenia zawodowego od rynku pracy, jak również kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnie z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami wspieranej osoby lub poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej, w tym podniesienia lub uzupełnienia kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowej.Wobec wszystkich uczestników projektu zastosujemy co najmniej 3 formy wsparcia w tym obligatoryjnie IPD oraz pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Janów County. The project will support 234 people (119 women and 115 men) under the age of 30 qualified for the I and II aid profiles. As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant by analysing the skills, predispositions and problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. traineeships for 153 persons, training for 47 people, one-off measures for starting a business for 34 persons. In order to achieve the planned results for this group, we will first identify the needs of all project participants and diagnose opportunities for professional improvement, including identification of the degree of professional distance from the labour market, as well as comprehensive and individual job intermediation in the field of occupational selection according to the qualifications and competences of the supported person or career guidance in the planning of career development, including raising or supplementing professional competences and qualifications.For all project participants, we will apply at least 3 forms of support in this field of work.
