The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Radejów County. The Council’s PUP assumes the employment efficiency of: for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups, at least 43 %; for persons with disabilities, at least 17 %; for the long-term unemployed, at least 35 %; for low-skilled persons, at least 48 %. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Within the framework of the project, Radziejów PUP will implement vocational guidance, job intermediation, six months internships, training, settlement vouchers and one-off funds for starting a business. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia ludzi młodych poniżej 30 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie radziejowskim. PUP Radziejów zakłada efektywność zatrudnieniową: a) dla uczestników niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych – na poziomie co najmniej 43%; b) dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – na poziomie co najmniej 17%; c) dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – na poziomie co najmniej 35%; d) dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach – na poziomie co najmniej 48%. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. PUP Radziejów w ramach projektu realizował będzie poradnictwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, sześciomiesięczne staże zawodowe, szkolenia, bony na zasiedlenie oraz jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej.
