| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who remain unemployed in the district of papillae.The main output of the project will be to take up employment by:17 % of participants with disabilities, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 36 % of the low-skilled, 43 % of project participants who are not eligible to any of these target groups.The project will provide support for persons below the age of 30 years eligible under the support profile II (the so-called “need for support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.An individual Action Plan will be prepared or updated for participants.As part of the project, participants will benefit from occupational guidance or work placements.We plan that 203 participants will be sent for a traineeship lasting up to 6 months;10 participants will be trained, including 5 participants in the “ABC of Enterprise” training;5 people will receive one-off resources for setting up a business. POWIAT BRODNICKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W BRODNICY

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostajacych bez pracy w powiecie brodnickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: 17% uczestników z niepełnosprawnościami, 35% uczestników długotrwale bezrobotnych, 36% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach, 43% uczestników projektu nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z ww. grup docelowych. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Dla uczestników projektu zostanie przygotowany lub zaktualizowany Indywidualny Plan Działania. W ramach projektu jego uczestnicy zostaną objęci poradnictwem zawodowym lub pośrednictwem pracy. Planujemy, że 203 uczestników zostanie skierowanych do odbycia stażu trwającego do 6 miesięcy; 10 uczestników odbędzie szkolenie, w tym 5 osób odbędzie szkolenie "ABC Przedsiębiorczości"; 5 osób otrzyma jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej.
