„TIS” TOMASZ ANIOŁ (dalej: TIS, Wnioskodawca, przedsiębiorstwo, firma) w maju 2017 r. ogłosił zapytanie ofertowe na opracowanie Modelu Biznesowego internacjonalizacji (dalej:Model biznesowy). Ogłoszenie zostało zamieszczone na www.tis.com.pl i przeprowadzone zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności. Wybraną firmą doradczą, która sporządziła Model Biznesowy została B.I.R.S. Irina Sajnacka. Dokument przyjęto bez zastrzeżeń 14.06.2017 r. W trakcie wykonywania prac, B.I.R.S był w stałym kontakcie z Wnioskodawcą, uwzględniając na bieżąco wszelkie uwagi i sugestie. Zespół doradczy Wykonawcy: -Robert Sajnacki - magister Zarządzania Strategicznego Przedsiębiorstwem oraz Prawa. Przygotowywał strategie wejścia na nowe rynki firm skandynawskich, białoruskich. Autor licznych opinii prawnych z zakresu zarządzania ryzykiem prawnym w organizacji i budowania strategii HR w organizacji. -Tadeusz Milancej - konsultant biznesowy z wieloletnim doświadczeniem w dziedzinie zarządzania w środowisku globalnym.
