The company Concept Stall B & S Lejman Sp.J has been selling its products for several years.The sales of our line for export represent a major proportion of the total production of Conpt Stal during the last 3 years 2013-2015 export sales, respectively 58 %, 48 %, 51 %.Since the start of operations, Concept Stal has sold its production lines to a dozen countries in the world and the main destinations for export sales Concept Stal are currently Ukraine, Romania, Russia, Azerbaijan and Hungary.Activities to create a professional business model based on the financial support of the activities of the 1.2 POIR will allow the creation of a business base to support the development of exports on existing and new markets.The activities carried out in the framework of the advisory services shall be to:An analysis of the export capacity of the company, the identification of export targets and the identification of target markets;The definition of the concept of entry into foreign markets with a marketing concept;— the drawing up of measures indicating the recommendations of a business reorganisation;Developing a strategy for the financing of export activities;To produce a synthetic and comprehensive business model based on the Business Model Canvas, together with a timetable and financial statement for its implementation.The assumptions that will be reflected in the business model will allow for:— to implement tailored internationalisation solutions for our company and industry, to obtain detailed knowledge of the markets to be expanded, — to obtain information on the competing companies that are already involved in these markets — to obtain information on the possible and optimal distribution channels, to get information on the possible and optimal distribution channels, to get help in finding business partners on the markets, to increase the identity of our brand in/in countries.     Przedsiębiorstwo Concept Stal B&S Lejman Sp.J od kilkunastu lat prowadzi sprzedaż eksportową swoich produktów. Sprzedaż produkowanych przez nas linii na eksport stanowi dużą część całkowitej produkcji Concept Stal - w ostatnich 3 latach 2013-2015 sprzedaż eksportowa wyniosła, kolejno 58%, 48%, 51%. Od początku działalności Przedsiębiorstwo Concept Stal sprzedało swoje linie produkcyjne do kilkunastu krajów na świecie, a głównymi kierunkami sprzedaży eksportowej Concept Stal obecnie są Ukraina, Rumunia, Rosja, Azerbejdżan oraz Węgry. Działania w celu stworzenia profesjonalnego modelu biznesowego w oparciu o dofinansowanie z działania 1.2 POPW pozwolą na stworzenie bazy biznesowej wspierającej rozwój eksportu na istniejących oraz nowych rynkach. Działania przeprowadzone w ramach usług doradczych będą polegały na: - analizie możliwości eksportowych przedsiębiorstwa, określeniu celów eksportowych oraz wskazaniu rynków docelowych; - określeniu koncepcji wejścia na rynki zagraniczne wraz z koncepcją marketingową; - opracowaniu działań wskazujących rekomendacje w zakresie reorganizacji przedsiębiorstwa; - opracowaniu strategii finansowania działalności eksportowej; - opracowaniu syntetycznego i całościowego modelu biznesowego w oparciu o Business Model Canvas wraz z harmonogramem i kosztorysem jego wdrażania. Założenia które będą miały odzwierciedlenie w stworzonym modelu biznesowym, pozwolą na: - wdrożenie dopasowanych rozwiązań internacjonalizacji pod potrzeby naszej firmy i naszej branży, - pozyskanie szczegółowej wiedzy na temat rynków, o które chcemy poszerzyć eksport, - pozyskaniu informacji nt. firm konkurencyjnych, mających już swój udział w tych rynkach, - uzyskaniu informacji nt. możliwych i optymalnych kanałów dystrybucji, - uzyskaniu pomocy w poszukiwaniu partnerów biznesowych na w/w rynkach, - zwiększenie rozpoznawalności naszej marki w w/w krajach.
