The aim of the project is to develop green areas in the area of Gm. Nadarzyn, i.e. in Walendów and Nadarzyn.The applicant is Nadarzyn Municipality, which has the right to dispose of the property for construction purposes for the area located in Nadarzyn, the ownership of the property results from the right of ownership, and in Walendów due to the right of use. On plot no. 606/2 in Nadarzyn, there is currently an independent water reservoir used by the fishing wheel. The area around the reservoir is completely undeveloped. The area is covered with tufts of grass and weeds that the commune erases from time to time. The origin of the water is completely natural, it was formed in a small area. This tank has not been purified or muddled until now. There was also no adjustable coastline. Drainage of the area is ensured by a drainage ditch running through the plot area. There is no land development in Walendowo. The area is covered with low green areas and occasionally clumps of trees. On the north side, the investment area is adjacent to the area built up by social houses, on the east and south side the area is adjacent to the area built up by single-family houses, along the eastern border there is a paved communal road. There is also a drainage ditch that drains the entire area through the investment area in Walendowo. The area of the investment is mown from time to time by the commune’s law enforcement. The area adjacent to the drainage canal is disorderly and neglected. Celem projektu jest zagospodarowanie terenów zieleni na terenie Gm. Nadarzyn tj.na terenie miejscowości Walendów oraz Nadarzyn.Wnioskodawcą jest Gmina Nadarzyn, która posiada prawo do dysponowania nieruchomością na cele budowlane dla terenu zlokalizowanego na terenie miejscowości Nadarzyn, dysponowanie nieruchomością wynika z prawa własności, a w miejscowości Walendów z tytułu prawa użytkowania. Na działce nr ew 606/2 w miejscowości Nadarzyn, w chwili obecnej zlokalizowany jest samoistny zbiornik wodny, wykorzystywany przez koło wędkarskie. Wokół zbiornika teren jest całkowicie niezagospodarowany. Teren jest porośnięty kępkami traw i chwastami, które Gmina wykasza, co jakiś czas. Geneza akwenu jest całkowicie naturalna, powstał w niecce terenu. Zbiornik ten do tej chwili nie był oczyszczany i odmulany. Nie była też regulowana linia brzegowa. Odwadnianie terenu jest zapewnione przez rów melioracyjny przebiegający przez teren działek. Na działkach w Walendowie brak jest zagospodarowania terenu. Teren porośnięty jest miejscami niską zielenią oraz sporadycznie kępami drzew. Od strony północnej teren inwestycji sąsiaduje z terenem zabudowanym przez domy socjalne, od strony wschodniej i południowej teren sąsiaduje z terenem zabudowanym przez domy mieszkalne jednorodzinne, wzdłuż wschodniej granicy przebiega droga gminna utwardzona. Przez teren inwestycji w Walendowie również przebiega rów melioracyjny, który odwadnia cały teren. Teren inwestycji co jakiś czas jest koszony przez służby porządkowe gminy. Teren przylegający do kanału melioracyjnego jest nieuporządkowany i zaniedbany. Celem rewitalizacji w Walendowie jest rozwój terenów zieleni, aby zahamować spadek powierzchni terenów zieleni w miastach i ich obszarach funkcjonalnych. (Polish)
