    W ramach projektu zostanie opracowana standardowa konfiguracja sieci dostępowej; dla każdej szkoły zebrana zostanie informacja potrzebna do budowy i modernizacji sieci dostępowej wg określonego standardu, a następnie w tych szkołach zostaną: zainstalowane odpowiednie urządzenia; wykonana konieczna infrastruktura sieci dostępowej oraz, o ile będzie to możliwe ze względów technicznych, dokonana zostanie rekonfiguracja innych urządzeń pracujących w szkole (dostosowanie do nowej sieci dostępowej). Do monitorowania i wspomagania użytkowania sieci dostępowych przez szkoły zainstalowane zostaną odpowiednie systemy centralne operatora OSE (m.in.: zarządzania siecią, CRM, systemy Centrum Kontaktu). Budowa sieci dostępowych w szkołach będzie realizowana w strukturach projektowych, zgodnie z metodyką opartą o standardy PRINCE2, ze wskazanym kierownictwem projektu i osobami odpowiedzialnymi za realizację poszczególnych obszarów technologicznych. Po zakończeniu procesu wdrożenia infrastruktura i jej usługi będą utrzymywane przez dedykowane zasoby ludzkie. Planowana jest scentralizowana, wielokanałowa obsługa podwykonawców usług instalacji i konfiguracji, a także odbiorców końcowych – szkół, realizowana poprzez Centrum Kontaktu. Użytkownicy końcowi, będą mogli zgłaszać swoje problemy poprzez portal usługowy, drogą telefoniczną lub poprzez email. Akronim projektu –OSE-D (Polish)
