The overarching goal of the project is to implement an innovative IT and communication solution – Passage – understood as a common communication interface for IoT solutions – the Internet of Things – (sensors, devices, communication technology-based services) operating in public commercial spaces understood as: shopping malls, office complexes and tenants – mainly large commercial or service outlets. An important advantage and at the same time a factor of product innovation described in detail in the Innovation Opinion held by the Applicant is that the user will not need to use a dedicated application for communication (receiving or sending messages). Companies present in the designated spaces (site owners, managers, tenants and ultimately service providers) will therefore not have to invest in, develop, maintain or promote their own mobile applications. The basic idea of Passage is to transfer all communication to context-based websites based on the Web Bluetooth communication protocol. You will only use the web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera), which you have on your phone, and these are often pre-installed. As a result of the implementation of the project, process innovation envisages a fundamental change in the communication and information of end-users – as messages directly in browsers without the need to install applications. The project will be carried out within 13 tasks over 12 months by human resources including 5 members of the current project team and additionally employed 3 people. In addition, technological, sales and technical and administrative resources will be taken into account. The project will be implemented in Eastern Poland. (English)

(Polish)
