The offer is addressed to women who promote natural methods of family planning. Planned actions for the efficient implementation of the project: —Technology development – development of an intelligent sensor and continuous product development, through the implementation of further improved and enriched generations; —Marketing and sales – CYCLE is based on a trend related to healthy lifestyles, on the other hand, to following conservative values. In order to promote this trend, the Company must be constantly active in social media, on portals devoted to natural family planning, also among new generations of users only entering active sex life; — Implementation and support – in order to maintain customers and to develop a good opinion on the market, special attention will be paid to promotion in social media and the Internet and the development of customer gets customer promotion, because very often it is the opinion of other women who can decide about buying a product. Measures will also be taken to reach gynecologists with product information. In the short term, direct cooperation with infertility treatment clinics is also planned (e.g. the “Naturally” clinic expressed initial interest). Place of implementation and resources involved: The place of implementation of the project will be the seat of the company, which is located at Tomasz Zan 11A, Lublin. The project will involve personal resources, mainly in the form of technical and business persons, service resources in the form of promotion services, marketing, testing of solutions and preparation for production. Spółka zamierza na bazie istniejącego MVP rozwinąć urządzenie monitorujące cykl owulacyjny kobiet wraz z aplikacją analizującą wyniki pomiarów, celem wprowadzenia na rynek globalny. Oferta kierowana jest do kobiet promujących naturalne metody planowania rodziny. Planowane działania, służące sprawnej realizacji projektu: -Rozwój technologii – opracowanie inteligentnego sensora i ciągły rozwój produktu, przez wdrażanie kolejnych udoskonalonych i wzbogaconych generacji; -Marketing i sprzedaż – CYCLE bazuje na trendzie związanym z jednej strony ze zdrowym stylem życia, z drugiej z podążaniem za wartościami konserwatywnymi. Aby promować ten trend Spółka musi być stale aktywna w mediach społecznościowych, na portalach poświęconych naturalnemu planowaniu rodziny, także wśród nowych generacji użytkowniczek dopiero wchodzących w aktywne życie seksualne; - Wdrożenia i wsparcie - w celu utrzymania klientów i wyrobienia dobrej opinii na rynku, szczególna uwaga zostanie poświęcona na promocję w social media i internecie oraz rozwój promocji typu customer gets customer (promocja marketingu szeptanego), gdyż bardzo często to opinia innych kobiet może decydować o zakupie produktu. Zostaną także podjęte działania mające na celu dotarcie z informacją o produkcie, do lekarzy ginekologów.
