The objective of the action is to provide the staff involved in the implementation of the cohesion policy with the conditions to fulfil their tasks, in particular by ensuring the possibility of continuous upskilling and by providing adequate office space.The project will be carried out by staff of the Department for the Control of Public Procurement, the Legal Department, the Department of the European Union and International Cooperation.Eligibility of expenditure under OP 2014-2020:rent — eligibility is calculated as the ratio between the eligible posts and all the posts and, as a result, the rental invoices will be accounted for.This percentage shall be verified at least once per quarter (for each payment claim), (b) Training is 100 % if the eligibility level of the job is equal to or higher than 50 %.For jobs for which the level of eligibility is less than 50 %, the cost of training whose subject matter is directly linked to the implementation of cohesion policy funds is eligible at 100 %.The costs of other training eligible shall be eligible in accordance with the level of eligibility of the work station.     Celem działania jest zapewnienie pracownikom zaangażowanym w realizację polityki spójności warunków do realizacji ich zadań, przede wszystkim poprzez zapewnienie możliwości stałego podnoszenia kwalifikacji oraz poprzez zapewnienie odpowiedniej przestrzeni biurowej. Projekt będzie realizowany przez pracowników Departamentu Kontroli Zamówień Publicznych, Departament Prawny, Departament Unii Europejskiej i Współpracy Międzynarodowej. Kwalifikowalność wydatków w ramach POPT 2014-2020: a). najem – kwalifikowalność wyliczona jest jako stosunek stanowisk kwalifikowanych do wszystkich stanowisk i tym procentem rozliczane będą faktury za wynajem. Procent ten będzie weryfikowany co najmniej raz na kwartał (przy każdym wniosku o płatność), b). szkolenie – 100% jeżeli poziom kwalifikowalności stanowiska pracy jest równy lub większy niż 50%. W przypadku stanowisk pracy, których poziom kwalifikowalności jest mniejszy niż 50% to koszty szkoleń, których tematyka jest bezpośrednio związana z realizacją funduszy polityki spójności są kwalifikowalne w 100%. Koszty pozostałych szkoleń kwalifikowalne są zgodnie z poziomem kwalifikowalności stanowiska pracy. (Polish)
