Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r.ż., pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie nakielskim. Jednymi z głównych rezultatów projektu będą podjęcie pracy przez min. 42% osób znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji, tj. osób dł. bezrobotnych, z niepełnosprawnościami oraz o niskich kwalifikacjach a także podjęcie pracy przez 57% uczestników niekwalifikujących się do ww. grup. W ramach projektu beneficjent planuje objąć wsparciem osoby bezrobotne należące do I lub II profilu pomocy. Udzielenie wsparcia zostanie poprzedzone analizą kompetencji w oparciu o Indywidualny Plan Działania, który pozwoli na dobranie odpowiednich usług i instrumentów rynku pracy. (Polish)
