Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie mogileńskim. Głównymrezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez uczestników projektu po zakończeniu w nim działu na poziomie co najmniej:- 42% w przypadku osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3), imigranci, reemigranci),- 57% w przypadku osóbnienależących do osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji.Przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej uczestnikowi projektu poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowychdanego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocjizatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
