The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 528 (307K, 221M) young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Toruń. MIASTO TORUŃ/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY DLA MIASTA TORUNIA

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 528 (307K, 221M) osób młodych poniżej 30. roku życia pozostających bez pracy w Toruniu. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjecie zatrudnienia przez 57% osób (z wyłączeniem osób z niepełnosprawnościami, długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz o niskich kwalifikacjach) zarejestrowanych w PUP dla MT. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP dla MT realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Zadania zaplanowane w projekcie: pośrednictwo pracy, poradnictwo zawodowe, ok. 6-miesięczne staże, szkolenia indywidualne, bony na zasiedlenie, jednorazowe srodki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy oraz studia podyplomowe.
