Analysis of the business model of the company/value proposal (12 days) to which: structure, name, procedures, mission, vision, market position, needs analysis 2. Study of the perception of organisations within the undertaking: interviews with studios and managers and outside: survey among current and potential customers (8 days) 3. Analysis of selected products and technologies in terms of design and market potential (15 days) 4. Analysis of visual communication, losses. marketing., evaluation of design usage and management of design through analysis, among others: names and logos, print materials., style, advertisements, websites., the appearance of the building and offices, the way of the customer (5 days). 5. Analysis of key industry, technological and social trends (10 days). Next, a summary and discussion of audit results and work related to optimising the company’s offer, defining a differentiated value for the customer will be prepared. The next step will be to prepare a summary, take account of comments and develop strategic actions jointly developed. The process involves direct contact through visits to the company of experts and specialists, the use of workshop and analytical methods, research “in the field”. 2 strategic workshops are planned, after 5-6 hours in which the owners, management and employees of the company will participate. The results of the meetings will be discussed on an ongoing basis, in order to evaluate the activities. The selected Contractor has appointed a team of main experts to carry out a model audit and to develop a strategy: Dominika Czechowska-Mrozińska, Agata Kowalska, Ewa Dajer, and specialists: Rafał Kołodziej, Marcin Chłodnicki, Natalia Hatalska, Małgorzata Płoska, Magdalena Statucka, Julia Grabowska, Anna Kamińska-Bisior, Alina Awiż. W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące działania: 1. Analiza modelu biznesowego firmy/propozycji wartości (12 dni), której podlega: m.in. struktura, nazwa, procedury, misja, wizja, pozycja rynkowa, analiza potrzeb 2. Badanie postrzegania organizacji wewnątrz przedsięb.: wywiady z pracowniami i kadrą zarządzającą oraz na zewnątrz: badanie wśród obecnych i potencjalnych klientów (8 dni) 3. Analiza wybranych produktów i stosowanych technologii pod kątem wyk. wzornictwa i potencjału rynkowego (15 dni) 4. Badanie komunikacji wizualnej, strat. marketing., ocenę zastos. wzornictwa i zarządzania nim poprzez analizę m.in.: nazwy i logo, materiałów druk., stylu, reklam, stron Internet., wyglądu budynku i biur, sposobu ob. klienta (5 dni). 5. Analiza kluczowych trendów branżowych, technologicznych, społecznych (10 dni). Następnie zostanie przygotowane podsumowanie i omówienie wyników audytu oraz prace związane z optymalizacją oferty firmy, zdefiniowanie odróżniającej wartości dla klienta. Kolejnym etapem będzie przygotowanie podsumowania, uwzględnienie uwag i opracowanie działań strategicznych wspólnie wypracowanych. Proces zakłada bezpośredni kontakt poprzez wizyty w firmie ekspertów i specjalistów, zastosowanie metody warsztatowej i analitycznej, badania „w terenie”. Zaplanowano przeprowadzenie 2 warsztatów strategicznych, po 5-6h w których udział wezmą właściciele, kadra zarządzająca i pracownicy firmy. Na bieżąco będą omawiane wyniki spotkań, celem ewaluacji działań. Na przeprowadzenie audytu wzorniczego i opracowanie strategii wybrany Wykonawca wyznaczył zespół głównych ekspertów: Dominika Czechowska-Mrozińska, Agata Kowalska, Ewa Dajer, oraz specjalistów: Rafał Kołodziej, Marcin Chłodnicki, Natalia Hatalska, Małgorzata Płoska, Magdalena Statucka, Julia Grabowska, Anna Kamińska-Bisior, Alina Awiżeń. Wykonawca założył, że działania audytowe potrwają 50 dni, natomiast na opracowanie strategii i konsultacje przeznaczono 72 dni. (Polish)
