Wsparcie nakierowane jest na rozwój kompetencji 18750 dorosłych osób z grupy zagrożonej wykluczeniem cyfrowym oraz użytkowników chcących rozwijać posiadane kompetencje cyfrowe z terenu woj. śląskiego i opolskiego. Działania adresowane są do rożnych grup odbiorców, w różnym wieku, o rożnym statusie na rynku pracy, reprezentujących rożne grupy zawodowe o zróżnicowanych poziomach kompetencji cyfrowych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem działań na rzecz włączenia cyfrowego osób starszych i niepełnosprawnych oraz osób zamieszkujących tereny wiejskie i równouprawnienia kobiet. Projekt oferuje im szeroki wachlarz narzędzi wsparcia (szkolenia, granty, e-learning) celem rozwoju kompetencji cyfrowych dostosowanych do ich potrzeb, oczekiwań i ograniczeń, w tym dotyczących e-usług publicznych. Projekt ma na celu rozwinięcie kompetencji kluczowych zgodnie z wytycznymi PO PC 2014-2020. (Polish)
