Celem projektu jest podniesienie umiejętności korzystania z internetu, w tym e-usług publicznych wśród mieszkańców województwa lubelskiego i podkarpackiego, którzy nie posiadają kompetencji cyfrowych lub chcą rozwijać posiadane kompetencje. W efekcie przeprowadzonych działań zwiększy się stopień korzystania z internetu przez mieszkańców w/w województw. Realizacja zakładanego celu będzie osiągnięta poprzez udzielanie grantów na realizację mikroprojektów na poziomie lokalnym. Granty otrzymają wnioskodawcy z terenu województwa lubelskiego i podkarpackiego na poziomie gmin działający samodzielnie lub w partnerstwie z organizacjami pozarządowymi. Wyłonieni w ramach konkursów grantobiorcy będą realizować działania szkoleniowe na rzecz mieszkańców spełniających kryteria grupy docelowej w oparciu o przekazane przez operatora scenariusze szkoleń. Szkolenia dotyczyć będą wskazanych obszarów tematycznych zgodnie ze standardem wymagań kompetencji cyfrowych. (Polish)
