The aim of the project is to digitise and disseminate the resources of Polish cinematography and increase their availability by digitising their resources and ensuring interoperability with national and foreign public data repositories.The project will be implemented by the Consortium composed of: Polish Film Institute (Leader) and Documentary and Fabular Film Productions, Film Studio TOR, Chronicle Studio, ZEBRA Film Studio, KADR Film Studio, Studio Miniatur Filmowych, Studio Filmów Rysunkowych (Partners). Implementation is planned for a period of 3 years. The project is implemented in a set of 4 tasks: The process of reconstructing the image and sound, adapting the WFDiF building for the purposes of the Distribution Centre, equipping the Distribution Centre with infrastructure for sharing and managing the collected digital material and promotional and information activities. Long-term storage is planned in ICM-UW As a result of the project, the project will be made available in digital form about 160 full-length feature films, animated and documentary films recorded on photosensitive tapes, including nitro tapes, whose rights are held by members of the Consortium and 10 000 minutes of animated films, animated films for children, short feature films, educational films and short films (3000). Digitised film materials will be available on all possible distribution fields, i.e. Internet, cinema, television, Blu-ray/DVD media and festivals. (English)

    Celem projektu jest digitalizacja i upowszechnianie zasobów polskiej kinematografii oraz zwiększenie dostępności do nich poprzez cyfryzację posiadanych zasobów i zapewnienie interoperacyjności z krajowymi i zagranicznymi repozytoriami danych publicznych.Projekt będzie realizowany przez Konsorcjum w składzie: Polski Instytut Sztuki Filmowej (Lider) oraz Wytwórnia Filmów Dokumentalnych i Fabularnych, Studio Filmowe TOR, Studio Filmowe Kronika, Studio Filmowe ZEBRA, Studio Filmowe KADR, Studio Miniatur Filmowych, Studio Filmów Rysunkowych (Partnerzy). Realizację zaplanowano na okres 3 lat. Projekt realizowany jest w układzie 4 zadań: Procesu rekonstrukcji obrazu i dźwięku, adaptacji budynku należącego do WFDIF na potrzeby Centrum Dystrybucji, wyposażeniu Centrum Dystrybucji w infrastrukturę do udostępniania i zarządzania zgromadzonym materiałem cyfrowym oraz działań promocyjno-informatycznych. Przechowywanie długoterminowe planowane jest w ICM-UWW wyniku realizacji projektu udostępnione zostanie w postaci cyfrowej ok.160 szt. pełnometrażowych filmów fabularnych, animowanych i dokumentalnych zapisanych na taśmach światłoczułych, w tym taśmach nitro (łatwopalnych), do których prawa posiadają członkowie Konsorcjum oraz 10 000 minut filmówanimowanych, serii filmów animowanych dla dzieci, krótkometrażowych filmów fabularnych, filmów oświatowych, krótkometrażowych dokumentów oraz kronik filmowych (3000). Zdigitalizowane materiały filmowe będą dostępne na wszystkich możliwych polach dystrybucji, tj. Internet, kino, telewizja, nośniki blu-ray/DVD oraz festiwale. (Polish)
