The project involves carrying out a design audit and developing a design strategy on the basis of which the final result will be the introduction of innovation (in stage II). In the first stage Synergia sp. z o.o. will carry out an exemplary audit in the scope of: — product offer – business model – technology – organizational structure – communication processes – marketing strategy – definition and characteristics of customers and competition and key in the context of the Employer’s trade trends – needs of the Ordering Party in the field of design management – offers in terms of the use of design and market potential of the Ordering Party. The strategy shall include at least: — the general characteristics of the company containing a design analysis of the company in terms of products, technology, organizational structure, customer communication processes, marketing strategy – a general description of the company’s design environment containing at least information on the characteristics of customers, description of the main competitors, description of market trends – defining key in the context of the Ordering Party’s sectoral, social and technological trends with high potential impact on the market of the Ordering Party – assessment of the level of use of design in the company and its potential in this regard – can define both the design problems and the company’s design problems. The planned deadline for exemplary audit and strategy development – according to the contractor’s offer and schedule of activities (Annex 1 to the Conditioning Agreement) is 90 calendar days.     Projekt obejmuje przeprowadzenie audytu wzorniczego oraz opracowanie strategii wzorniczej, na podstawie której końcowym rezultatem będzie wprowadzenie na rynek innowacji (w II etapie). W pierwszym etapie Firma Synergia sp. z o.o. przeprowadzi audyt wzorniczy w zakresie: - oferty produktowej - modelu biznesowego - technologii - struktury organizacyjnej - procesów komunikacji - strategii marketingowej - zdefiniowania i charakterystyki klientów i konkurencji oraz kluczowych w kontekście Zamawiającego trendów branżowych - potrzeb Zamawiającego w zakresie zarządzania wzornictwem - oferty pod kątem wykorzystania wzornictwa i potencjału rynkowego Zamawiającego. Strategia zawierać będzie co najmniej: - ogólną charakterystykę firmy zawierającą analizę wzorniczą przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie produktów, technologii, struktury organizacyjnej, procesów komunikacji z klientem, strategii marketingowej - ogólny opis otoczenia firmy w zakresie designu zawierający co najmniej informacje odnośnie charakterystyki klientów, opis głównych konkurentów, opis trendów rynkowych - określenie kluczowych w kontekście Zamawiającego trendów branżowych, społecznych i technologicznych o dużym potencjale wpływu na rynek Zamawiającego - ocenę poziomu wykorzystania wzornictwa w firmie oraz jej potencjału w tym zakresie - zdefiniowanie problemów wzorniczych w firmie, przy czym problemy te mogą dotyczyć zarówno produktu, jak i innych procesów biznesowych w firmie - rekomendacje dalszych szczegółowych działań dla firmy. Planowany termin przeprowadzenia audytu wzorniczego oraz opracowania strategii – zgodnie z ofertą wykonawcy oraz harmonogramem działań (zał. nr 1 do Umowy Warunkowej) wynosi 90 dni kalendarzowych).
