Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest przeprowadzenie w przedsiębiorstwie PAMO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA audytu wzorniczego oraz opracowanie strategii wzorniczej wskazującej dalsze kierunki rozwoju firmy. W ramach audytu wzorniczego będą prowadzone następujące działania: - analiza firmy w zakresie oferty produktowej – czas realizacji usługi 7 dni, - analiza firmy w zakresie modelu biznesowego – czas realizacji usługi 7 dni, - analiza firmy w zakresie technologii – czas realizacji usługi 7 dni, - analiza firmy w zakresie struktury organizacyjnej – czas realizacji usługi 14 dni, - analiza firmy w zakresie procesów komunikacji – czas realizacji usługi 7 dni, - analiza firmy w zakresie strategii marketingowej – czas realizacji usługi 7 dni, - analiza firmy w zakresie zdefiniowania i charakterystyki klientów i konkurencji oraz kluczowych w kontekście przedsiębiorstwa PAMO trendów branżowych – czas realizacji usługi 14 dni, - analiza potrzeb firmy w zakresie zarządzania wzornictwem – czas realizacji usługi 14 dni, - analizę oferty pod kątem wykorzystania wzornictwa i potencjału rynkowego firmy – czas realizacji usługi 14 dni, - opracowanie strategii wzorniczej - raportu z przeprowadzonego audytu wzorniczego – czas realizacji usługi 5 tygodni.
