Projekt Przebudowa DW682 na odc Markowszczyzna Łapy obejmuje inwestycję od km 2+750 do km 16+815 o długości 14,07km polegającą na rozbudowie DW z budową obwodnic m. Uhowo Turośń Dolna i Markowszczyzna. Kończy się ona w pobliżu planowanego węzła na trasie przyszłej południowej obwodnicy Białegostoku będącej elementem planowanej S19-TEN-T (węzeł Białystok Księżyno) Inwestycja to kontynuacja Projektu Przebudowa DW678 Białystok-Kleosin wpisującego się w kompleksowe rozwinięcie infrastruktury drogowej BOF dalej realizowanej w ramach m.in: Przebudowy DW682/681 Łapy Roszki Wodźki; Przebudowa DW678 od skrzyżowania ul.Ciołkowskiego z ul.Mickiewicza aż do ul.Sulika(DK65) Projekt będzie etapem rozwoju infrastruktury obszaru BOF dopełniającego budowę obwodnic ringu łączącego DK19 i S8 -(dalej przez DW678 do DK65 i do S8) poprzez ul.Ciołkowskiego łączącą z Kleosinem i wyprowadzającego ruch z B-stoku w stronę Łap i Wysokiego Mazowiecka -oraz przez Kleosin DW678 Trasą Niepodległości do S8 Wykonane zostaną m.in: roboty drogowe: obwodnice miejscowości, skrzyżowania z drogami niższej kategorii nawierzchnia chodniki, ścieżka rowerowa ciągi pieszo rower. zatoki autobusowe ekrany akustyczne zieleń obiekty inżynierskie tj. przepusty; infrastruktura tech: kanalizacja deszczowa oświetlenie uliczne sygnalizacja świetlna kanał tech. przebudowa kolidujących urządzeń obcych Produkty Projektu: wybudowanie nowych dróg wojewódzkich o długości 6,52km oraz przebudowa dróg wojewódzkich o długości 7,55km oszczędności czasu w przewozach wzrost nośności odcinka do 115 kN/oś Publiczny charakter drogi gwarantuje równy i nieograniczony dostęp dla wszystkich jej użytkowników m.in: mieszkańcy okolic dojeżdżający do pracy lub korzystający z opieki zdrowotnej czy urzędów tzw: ruch lokalny (gospodarczy) użytkownicy dróg w tym korzystający z ruchu tranzytowego potencjalni oraz obecni inwestorzy oraz ich kontrahenci korzystający z infrastruktury turyści studenci służby ratunkowe i inni (Polish)
