Projekt dotyczy budowy drogi wojewódzkiej pomiędzy ul. Lubelską a ul. Warszawską w Rzeszowie o dł. 1 378,91 m (w km 0+038,49 do 1+417,40), w tym: - dobudowę drugiej jezdni po południowej stronie istniejącej ul. R. Krogulskiego: 645,86 m (w km 0,+038,49 do 0+684,35) - budowę drogi po nowym śladzie: 733,05 m (w km 0+684,35 do 1+417,40) i obejmuje następujące elementy: 1. Budowę dwujezdniowej drogi klasy G, częściowo prowadzoną jako dobudowę drugiej jezdni do istniejącej ul. R. Krogulskiego, 2. Budowę lub przebudowę elementów zapewniających połączenie projektowanej drogi z innymi drogami 3. Przebudowę ul. Warszawskiej na odcinku wymagającym budowy skrzyżowania, 4. Budowę dodatkowych jezdni zapewniających dostępność komunikacyjną terenów przyległych do drogi, 5. Budowę chodników i ścieżek rowerowych, 6. Budowę lub przebudowę zatok autobusowych, 7. Budowę lub przebudowę zjazdów, 8. Budowę układu odwodnienia drogi, 9. Budowę i przebudowę oświetlenia drogi, 10. Dzięki realizacji projektu nastąpi: - wyprowadzanie ruchu tranzytowego z centrum Rzeszowa poprzez nowe połączenie z siecią dróg TEN-T, - poprawa bezpieczeństwa uczestników ruchu, - skrócenie czasu przejazdu i poprawa komfortu podróży, - zwiększenie ochrony środowiska poprzez ograniczenie hałasu i emisji spalin, - poprawa dostępności komunikacyjnej do nowych i istniejących terenów inwestycyjnych. Głównymi użytkownikami projektu będą mieszkańcy Rzeszowa, Rzeszowskiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego i województwa podkarpackiego, oraz przedsiębiorcy i turyści. (Polish)
