The project consists of the implementation of a follow up strategy, taking into account the follow-up of the follow up.On the basis of the audit, a number of exemplary problems have been identified in the activities of our company W-M Glass Sp. z o. o.For each area, recommendations were made for further detailed measures to improve the market situation of the company and to strengthen its competitiveness by implementing the management of designators.An audit of models and recommendations for further action have been developed on the basis of the design of the work design, putting the user in the spotlight and taking into account technological opportunities, users’ needs and business objectives.In the context of noise management, W-M Glass is now at a very early stage of development.Most of the activities are carried out under specific contracts of furniture manufacturers based on their designs, but only to a limited extent attempts have been made to implement their own products.Project activities that lead to an effective implementation of the model will focus on three areas:1.Introduction of product innovations built around a proposal for a value based on B2B and B2C customers’ needs.2.Introduction of an effective system for managing property in a company.3.Setting-up of communication strategy and brand architecture.The purchase of the necessary technologies, advisory services and design projects has been launched.A prerequisite for the realisation of the vision will be to maintain a high level of consistency and consistency in action and treatment as a development idea rather than to design a single product or its packaging.Only such an approach offers the chance to have the effect of higher margins, more sellers of products and an increase in the value of the company.     Projekt polega na wdrożeniu strategii wzorniczej z uwzględnieniem rekomedacji do dalszych działań. Na podstawie przeprowadzonego audytu stwierdzono szereg problemów wzorniczych występujących w analizowanych obszarach działalności naszej firmy W-M Glass Sp. z o. o.. W odniesieniu do każdego obszaru stworzono rekomendacje dalszych szczegółowych działań, mających na celu poprawę sytuacji rynkowej firmy oraz wzmocnienie jej konkurencyjności poprzez wdrożenie zarządzania designem. Audyt wzorniczy oraz rekomendacje dalszych działań opracowano w oparciu o metodykę pracy design thinking, stawiającą użytkownika w centrum zainteresowania i uwzględniającą możliwości technologiczne, potrzeby użytkowników i cele biznesowe firmy. W kontekście zarządzania designem firma W-M Glass znajduje się dziś na bardzo wczesnym poziomie rozwoju. Większość jej działalności realizowana jest pod konkretne zamówienia producentów mebli w oparciu o ich wzory, a tylko w niewielkim stopniu podjęto próby wdrażania własnych produktów. Działania projektowe prowadzące do skutecznego wdrożenia modelu wzorniczego koncentrować się będą na trzech obszarach: 1.Wprowadzenie innowacji produktowych zbudowanych wokół propozycji wartości opartej na potrzebach odbiorców B2B i B2C. 2.Wprowadzenie efektywnego systemu zarządzania designem w firmie. 3.Stworzenie strategii komunikacji i architektury marek. Do realizacji działań zapolanowano zakup niezbędnych technologii, usług doradczych i projektów wzorniczych. Warunkiem niezbędnym w realizacji postawionej wizji będzie zachowanie wysokiego poziomu spójności i konsekwencji w działaniu i potraktowanie wzornictwa jako pomysłu na rozwój, a nie zaprojektowanie pojedynczego produktu lub jego opakowania. Tylko takie podejście daje szanse na efekt w postaci wyższych marż, lepiej sprzedających się produktów i w efekcie podniesienia wartości firmy. (Polish)
