Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa gazociągu DN1000 MOP 8,4MPa o długości 55 km na odcinku od projektowanego węzła Tworóg (realizowanego w ramach projektu Kędzierzyn – Tworóg: województwo śląskie, powiat tarnogórski) do zespołu zaporowo - upustowego Tworzeń (województwo śląskie, miasto Dąbrowa Górnicza) wraz z infrastrukturą: 5 zespołów zaporowo-upustowych na trasie gazociągu, urządzenia ochrony katodowej, system łączności i sterowania – linia światłowodowa, przyłącza energetyczne.
