Celem projektu jest budowa inteligentnej sieci gazowej średniego ciśnienia na terenach niezgazyfikowanych w gminie Jerzmanowa i Polkowice oraz zwiększenie wolumenu dystrybucji gazu ziemnego (ok. 5 800 MWh rocznie). Sieć gazowa ś/c będzie sprzyjała rozwojowi odnawialnych źródeł energii poprzez możliwość przyłączenia do niej biogazu.
