Projekt „Modernizacja GPZ Koźle wraz z powiązaniami 110 kV i 15 kV" polega na budowie GPZ Koźle wraz ze zmianą układu zasilania 110 kV z napowietrznego na kablowy i wykonanie rozdzielni 110 kV w izolacji gazowej SF6.
