As part of the commissioned tasks, the company will carry out a full analysis of the Customer’s activities, including: —the Employer’s analysis of the product offer, – the Employer’s analysis of the business model, – the Employer’s analysis in the field of technology, – the organizational structure analysis, – the Employer’s analysis in the field of communication processes, – the Employer’s analysis of the needs of the Ordering Party in terms of design management and market performance. A model strategy will be developed on the basis of the audit. The above mentioned activities will be carried out by the following experts from ERGO DESIGN Sp. z o.o.: Andrzej Śmiałek, Jadwiga Tynor, Ryszard Po Monday, Katarzyna Śliwa, who has extensive knowledge and experience in creating design strategies. W ramach planowanego zadania zostanie zlecone wykonanie audytu wzorniczego. Audyt wykona profesjonalna firma ERGO DESIGN Sp. z o.o. W ramach zleconych zadań firma przeprowadzi pełną analizę działalności Zamawiającego, w tym m.in.: -analiza Zamawiającego w zakresie oferty produktowej, -analiza Zamawiającego w zakresie modelu biznesowego, - analizę Zamawiającego w zakresie technologii, - analizę Zamawiającego w zakresie struktury organizacyjnej, - analizę Zamawiającego w zakresie procesów komunikacji, - analizę Zamawiającego w zakresie strategii marketingowej, • - analizę Zamawiającego w zakresie zdefiniowania i charakterystyki klientów i konkurencji oraz kluczowych w kontekście Zamawiającego trendów branżowych, - analizę potrzeb Zamawiającego w zakresie zarządzania wzornictwem, - analizę oferty pod kątem wykorzystania wzornictwa i potencjału rynkowego Zamawiającego. Na podstawie przeprowadzonego audytu zostanie opracowana strategia wzornicza. Wskazane powyżej działania będą realizowane przez następujących Ekspertów z firmy ERGO DESIGN Sp. z o.o.: Andrzej Śmiałek, Jadwiga Tynor, Ryszard Poniedziałek, Katarzyna Śliwa, posiadający szeroką wiedzę i doświadczenie w zakresie tworzenia strategii wzorniczych. Realizacja projektu obejmuje okres od 02.05.2018 r. do 31.10.2018 r. Projekt zostanie sfinansowany ze środków własnych Wnioskodawcy. (Polish)
