Celem projektu jest usprawnienie funkcjonowania Ministerstwa Przedsiębiorczości i Technologii poprzez cyfryzację procesów back-office w obszarze gromadzenia, przetwarzania danych, raportowania, prognozowania, rozliczania efektywności działań, przygotowywania materiałów tezowo-informacyjnych, zarządzania gospodarczymi relacjami bilateralnymi oraz udostępniania danych o perspektywach eksportu przedsiębiorcom.Powstanie platforma informatyczna zarządzane przez jeden podmiot i na bieżąco aktualizowana:• integrująca wiele źródeł danych krajowych i zagranicznych,• usprawniająca przygotowywanie analiz i raportowanie na potrzeby działalności bieżącej oraz planowania strategicznego,• umożliwiająca prognozowanie trendów i zmian w handlu światowym oraz perspektyw dla polskiego eksportu – na potrzeby procesów decyzyjnych w zakresie kierunków promocji i alokacji środków z funduszy krajowych i unijnych,• zapewniająca dostęp dla wszystkich wskazanych interesariuszy, a także dla przedsiębiorców i innych zainteresowanych podmiotów.Kluczowym założeniem systemu jest automatyzacja procesów back-office w zakresie gromadzenia, przetworzenia danych i wygenerowania raportów. Zakłada się, że raporty zaimplementowane w systemie będą generowane w pełni automatycznie z wykorzystaniem modułu raportowego, tak aby do utworzenia raportu nie było konieczne posiadanie przez użytkowników dodatkowych umiejętności technicznych np. znajomości języka programowania czy budowania kwerend SQL z zapytaniami do bazy danych. Architektura systemu zakłada, że wytworzone narzędzie będzie miało zaimplementowane stałe algorytmy prognostyczne oraz ustandaryzowane wzory raportów, a interpretacja danych z raportów oraz analiza tych raportów będzie wykonywana poza systemem (realizowana zgodnie z obecną działalnością MPiT oraz innych jednostek administracji, które będą użytkownikami systemu). The architecture of the system assumes that the created tool will have permanent prognostic algorithms and standardised reports templates implemented, and the interpretation of the data from the reports and the analysis of these reports will be performed outside the system (implemented in accordance with the current activities of MPiT and other administration units that will be users of the system).
