The aim of the project is an efficient, unified, meeting the needs and expectations of stakeholders, an electronic procurement process in Poland. Built as part of the e-service project, it will facilitate and shorten the course of activities undertaken in the context of the procurement procedure carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Law. This will be an advantage for both contractors and contracting entities. In addition, the project will increase access to information for economic operators on ongoing national and EU procedures and provide analytical and reporting tools to all stakeholders. The project shall include: Building an e-Procurement platform under government administration providing e-services in the pre-award phase of the public procurement process?Building and making API available for services and data provided, which will allow them to be integrated into other systems?Implementation and sharing of document forms, which will contribute to their standardisation and standardisation. As a result of the implementation of the Project, electronic communication and information exchange services will be made available by participants of the proceedings on the e-Procurement Platform at all stages of the procurement procedure. The project includes making new electronic services available, as well as improving the functionality and maturity of existing services in the field of public procurement. The architecture of the entire solution will be implemented on the basis of SOA. Modules and components will be built on microservices, each of them will be independent of the others and the only place of contact between the services will be API, which will ensure independence from one supplier and the possibility of easy and rapid expansion. The services created in the Project will be made available to contractors and contracting entities performing public contracts in Poland in the SaaS model using a cloud computing solution made available as part of the planned Joint Information Infrastructure of the State (WIIP).     Celem projektu jest efektywny, ujednolicony, spełniający potrzeby i oczekiwania interesariuszy zelektronizowany proces udzielania zamówień publicznych w Polsce. Zbudowane w ramach projektu e-usługi ułatwią i skrócą przebieg czynności podejmowanych w ramach postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, przeprowadzanego zgodnie z ustawą Pzp. Będzie to korzyść zarówno dla wykonawców, jak i dla zamawiających. Dodatkowo projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia dostępu do informacji dla wykonawców o prowadzonych postępowaniach krajowych i unijnych oraz dostarczy narzędzi analitycznych i raportowych wszystkim interesariuszom. Projekt obejmuje: ?Budowę Platformy e-Zamówienia podległej administracji rządowej udostępniającej e-usługi w fazie pre-award procesu udzielania zamówienia publicznego ?Zbudowanie i udostępnienie API do realizowanych usług i danych, co umożliwi ich integrację z innymi systemami ?Implementację i udostępnienie formularzy dokumentów, co przyczyni się do ich ujednolicenia i standaryzacji. W wyniku realizacji Projektu zostaną udostępnione usługi komunikacji elektronicznej i wymiany informacji przez uczestników postępowania na Platformie e-Zamówienia na wszystkich etapach postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia. Projekt obejmuje udostępnienie nowych usług elektronicznych, a także poprawę funkcjonalności oraz dojrzałości istniejących usług w obszarze zamówień publicznych. Architektura całego rozwiązania zostanie zrealizowana w oparciu o SOA . Moduły i komponenty zbudowane będą w oparciu o mikroserwisy, każdy z nich będzie niezależny od pozostałych a jedynym miejscem styku pomiędzy serwisami będzie API, co zapewni uniezależnienie się od jednego dostawcy i możliwość łatwej i szybkiej ich rozbudowy. Usługi wytworzone w Projekcie zostaną udostępnione wykonawcom i zamawiającym realizującym zamówienia publiczne na terytorium Polski w modelu SaaS z wykorzystaniem chmury obliczeniowej docelowo udostępnionej w ramach planowanej Wspólnej Infrastruktury Informatycznej Państwa (WIIP).
