The main purpose of the CVP Project is to support taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations and to streamline processes related to the implementation of checking and control activities on the part of taxpayers and payers, as well as on the part of the National Tax Administration (KAS). The planned activities of the Project are: 1. Development of the catalogue of digital services KAS using important information resources of the Ministry of Finance, including: — Development of services based on the Register of Tax Principles and the Central Register of General Agents, – Implementation of services facilitating taxpayers to fulfil their tax obligations, including implementation of the PIT-WZ application, PIT-OP and PFR declarations (pre-filled declarations). 2. Increase the level of IT support in tax and customs and tax control processes using the Single Control File and other information collected in the KAS. 3. Digitisation of financial statements. The CVP project aims to increase interoperability and coherence within the information systems of the Ministry of Finance and is part of the implementation of the KAS Strategy. Thanks to the CVP project, it will be possible to launch the implemented e-services within the KAS Services Cart. Some of the services, after appropriate adjustment work (e.g. extending the scope, quality of services and appropriate parameterisation) could potentially form the basis of basic services in the State Information System, supporting the functioning of other units of state administration, thereby enhancing the sustainability of CVP effects, as well as contributing to interoperability in the central administration. Above all, however, these elements would make it possible to harmonise the ways in which citizens and businesses are served, to organise and broaden the availability of data from state registers, to relieve the burden on operators and their officials from some tedious and repetitive activities. The project assumes the implementation of services in the A2C/A2B model. (English)

Planowane działania Projektu to: 1. Podniesienie poziomu wsparcia informatycznego w procesach kontroli podatkowej i celno-skarbowej z wykorzystaniem Jednolitego Pliku Kontrolnego oraz innych informacji gromadzonych w KAS. 3. (Polish)
