The project will consist of building a fibre network and providing access to broadband Internet with guaranteed capacity of at least 30 Mbps in areas excluded digitally in the Intervention Area – PILSKI.The project will be made in ground technology – the cables will be arranged in telecommunication sewerage. The implementation period of the project is planned for 36 months. As part of the project, infrastructure will be built in the form of fibre optic networks, together with all necessary equipment, in accordance with NGA network technology. The network will be built according to the assumptions of the technical concept.The planned works are divided into 7 tasks. Implementation of the investment in the established form will allow for realisation of the objectives of the Operational Programme Digital Poland, action1.1. The aim of this action is to eliminate territorial gaps in high-speed broadband opportunities. The project will result in a broadband network, allowing the provision of high-speed services in areas that have been demonstrated as an intervention area, i.e. digitally excluded. The intervention areas have been identified as a result of an inventory carried out by the President of the Office for Electronic Communications.As part of the planned investment, the applicant:• will build a broadband network with a total length of 806.69 km,• will cover the network coverage of 17 205 households,• connect to the network 112 educational units,• create 15 network access nodes. Projekt będzie polegał na wybudowaniu sieci światłowodowej oraz zapewnieniu dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o gwarantowanej przepustowości min. 30 Mb/s na obszarach wykluczonych cyfrowo na Obszarze Interwencyjnym – PILSKIM.Projekt wykonany będzie w technologii doziemnej– kable zostaną ułożone w kanalizacji teletechnicznej. Okres realizacji projektu przewidziany jest na 36 miesięcy. W ramach realizacji projektu zostanie wybudowana infrastruktura w postaci sieci światłowodowej wraz ze wszystkimi niezbędnymi urządzeniami,zgodnie z technologią sieci NGA. Sieć zostanie wybudowana zgodnie z założeniami koncepcji technicznej.Zaplanowane prace podzielono na 7 zadań. Realizacja inwestycji w założonym kształcie pozwoli na zrealizowanie założeń Programu Operacyjnego Polska Cyfrowa, działanie1.1. Działanie to ma na celu wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach. Wynikiem realizacji projektu będzie sieć szerokopasmowa, pozwalająca na świadczenie usług z dużymi prędkościami, na terenach,które zostały wykazane jako obszar interwencyjny, czyli wykluczony cyfrowo. Obszary interwencyjne zostały zidentyfikowane w wyniku inwentaryzacji przeprowadzonej przez Prezesa Urzędu Komunikacji Elektronicznej.W ramach planowanej inwestycji Wnioskodawca:• wybuduje sieć Internetu szerokopasmowego o łącznej długości 806,69 km,• obejmie zasięgiem sieci 17 205 gospodarstw domowych,• podłączy do sieci 112 jednostek edukacyjnych,• utworzy 15 węzły dostępowe sieci.
