The aim of the project will be to carry out a design audit and design strategy of Eurosoul, in order to increase its marketing attractiveness, consistency of communication and image prestige, as well as the implementation of best design practices in relation to the services offered. The project envisages the following activities: (A) block of activities related to auditing – analysis of product and service offer The Customer – analysis of the business model of the Customer – analysis of production technology/services used by the Customer – analysis of the organisational structure of the Customer – analysis of the processes of communication with business partners Customers – analysis of marketing strategies of the Client’s activities – definition and characterisation of clients’ and competition characteristics of the Customer – analysis of key market trends – analysis of needs in the field of design management – analysis of needs in terms of performances of products. Przedmiotem projektu będzie przeprowadzenie audytu wzorniczego i opracowanie strategii wzorniczej przedsiębiorstwa Eurosoul, celem podniesienia jego atrakcyjności marketingowej, spójności komunikacji i prestiżu wizerunku, a także wdrożenia najlepszych praktyk wzorniczych w odniesieniu do oferowanych usług. W ramach projektu przewiduje się następujące działania: (A) blok działań związanych z audytem - analiza oferty produktowej i usługowej Zleceniodawcy - analiza modelu biznesowego Zleceniodawcy - analiza technologii produkcji/świadczenia usług stosowanych przez Zleceniodawcę - analiza struktury organizacyjnej Zleceniodawcy - analiza procesów komunikacji z partnerami biznesowymi Zleceniodawcy - analiza strategii marketingowej Zleceniodawcy - zdefiniowanie i charakterystyka klientów i konkurencji Zleceniodawcy - analiza kluczowych trendów rynkowych - analiza potrzeb z zakresu zarządzania wzornictwem - analiza potrzeb pod kątem wykorzystania wzornictwa w produktach Zleceniodawcy - analiza potencjału rynkowego Zleceniodawcy (B) blok działań związanych z opracowaniem strategii - rekomendacje w zakresie prezentacji oferty produktowej (usługowej) Zleceniodawcy - rekomendacje korekt w modelu biznesowym Zleceniodawcy - rekomendacje kierunków rozwoju technologii produkcji (świadczenia usług) stosowanej przez Zleceniodawcę - rekomendacje zmian w strukturze organizacyjnej Zleceniodawcy - rekomendacje z zakresu procesów komunikacji z partnerami biznesowymi Zleceniodawcy - rekomendacje z zakresu zarządzania wzornictwem - rekomendacje dotyczące wykorzystania wzornictwa w produktach Zleceniodawcy Łącznie usługa składająca się z zadań bloku A i bloku B zrealizowana zostaną w ciągu 8 tygodni.
