    Budynek planowany do kompleksowej termomodernizacji w ramach Projektu jest zlokalizowany w Świnoujściu woj. zachodniopomorskie pod adresem: Markiewicza 2,4,6,8. Usytuowanie budynku przedstawia załącznik do dokumentacji aplikacyjnej z mapą poglądową. Efektem realizacji Projektu będzie znacząca poprawa efektywności energetycznej. Zgodnie z wykonanym audytem ex ante oszczędność energii wyniesie 44,39% w porównaniu do stanu sprzed realizacją Projektu. Budynek od momentu powstania tj. od roku 1996 nie przeszedł znaczących prac w tym zakresie poza doraźnymi pracami naprawczymi. Budynek nie spełnia wymagań dotyczących maksymalnej wartości wskaźnika E sezonowego zapotrzebowania na ciepło do ogrzewania w standardowym sezonie grzewczym, gdyż przegrody zewnętrzne mają niską izolacyjność termiczną. Zakres przedmiotowy Projektu obejmuje: 1.1. Docieplenie stropodachu wentylowanego włókniną celulozową 1.2. docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych styropianem 1.3. Wymianę okien w częściach wspólnych na nowe 2. Zmodernizowanie systemu grzewczego budynku 3. System monitorowania i zarządzania energią, 4. montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej (Polish)
