Roboty budowlano-montażowe: a) modernizacja instalacji c.o. - wymiana grzejników - 149 szt. - montaż zaworów termostatycznych - 149 szt. - wymiana rurociągów i ich izolacja - 1449 m, b) 0cieplenie przegród budynku, - ściany zewnętrzne - 1816,70 m2,- ściany piwnic - 563,80 m2,- strop nad ostatnią kondygnacją - 1094,40 m2,- ocieplenie daszku i piętra - 35,35 m2; c) wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne - 570 punktów oświetleniowych, wymiana łączników 177 szt., instalacja odgromowa i uziemień 1kpl., tablica TZU 1szt.
