The subject of the project is the implementation of an improved product, i.e. Archimedes’ turbines with mechanical esophagus control system. This product is the result of research and development works acquired by Enerko Energy in the form of a licence agreement (contract dated 22.02.2017). The results of R & D were covered by a patent application (No P 411481). The product in the form of an Archimedes turbine with a mechanical esophagus control system will be distinguished by the ability to control the turbine’s esophagus without having to change its rotational speed or upper water level. An improved product is a European innovation. The implementation of this project will allow Enerko Energy to start its own production of the product concerned based on the acquired technology. The recipients of the innovative product will be individual customers, owners of locations for installation of small hydroelectric power plants (MEW) and local government units. The improved product responds to the identified needs of the target group, fills an important market niche and allows the Applicant to build a competitive advantage. This project concerns initial investment in accordance with EC Regulation (EU) 651/2014. The material scope of the project includes the construction of a production and storage hall and purchase of fixed assets and intangible assets necessary to market an improved product. The project has a positive impact on the implementation of the horizontal rules of the European Union listed in Articles 7 and 8 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council and is in line with RIS. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie na rynek ulepszonego produktu tj.:turbiny Archimedesa z mechanicznym układem sterowania przełykiem. Produkt ten jest wynikiem prac badawczo - rozwojowych nabytych przez Spółkę Enerko Energy w formie umowy licencyjnej (umowa z dnia 22.02.2017). Wyniki prac B+R zostały objęte zgłoszeniem patentowym (nr P 411481). Produkt w postaci turbiny Archimedesa z mechanicznym układem sterowania przełykiem będzie wyróżniał się możliwością sterowania przełykiem turbiny bez konieczności zmiany jej prędkości obrotowej lub poziomu wody górnej. Ulepszony produkt jest innowacją europejską. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu, pozwoli na rozpoczęcie przez firmę Enerko Energy własnej produkcji przedmiotowego produktu w oparciu o nabytą technologię. Odbiorcami innowacyjnego produktu będą klienci indywidualni, właściciele lokalizacji pod montaż małych elektrowni wodnych (MEW) oraz jednostki samorządu terytorialnego. Ulepszony produkt odpowiada na zidentyfikowane potrzeby grupy docelowej, wypełnia istotną niszę rynkową oraz pozwala Wnioskodawcy zbudować przewagę konkurencyjną. Niniejszy projekt dotyczy inwestycji początkowej zgodnie z rozporządzeniem KE (UE) 651/2014. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuję budowę hali produkcyjno-magazynowej oraz zakup środków trwałych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych niezbędnych do wprowadzenia na rynek ulepszonego produktu. Projekt ma pozytywny wpływ na realizację zasad horyzontalnych Unii Europejskiej wymienionych w art. 7 i 8 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 1303/2013 oraz wpisuje się w RIS.
