Zakresem rzeczowym projektu objęto wykonanie głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej "Bałtyk" Filii Krajowej Szkoły Skarbowości w Jastrzębiej Górze. Prace termomodernizacyjne będą polegać na: ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych bud. A i C wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych piwnic oraz przy gruncie budynków A i C wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, ociepleniu dachu budynku C i likwidacji świetlików wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, wymianie stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, zmianie źródła ciepła z kotłów olejowych na gazową absorpcyjną pompę ciepła, modernizacji instalacji centralnego ogrzewania wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, wymianie oświetlenia na energooszczędne typu LED wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, montażu na dachu budynku paneli fotowoltaicznych wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi. The material scope of the project included the implementation of a deep, comprehensive energy modernisation of the public utility building “Bałtyk” of the National Fiscal School of Taxation in Jastrzębie Góra. Thermomodernisation works will consist of: warming the outer walls of the building. A and C, together with all necessary accompanying works, warming of the outer walls of the cellars and on the ground of buildings A and C, together with all necessary accompanying works, insulation of the C roof and the decommissioning of the fireflies together with all necessary associated work, replacement of the necessary window and door carpenter, together with all necessary photocoats accompanying the installation of the heat source from the oil boilers to the gas-absorptive heat pump, the modernisation of the central heating system together with all necessary interior works.
