The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of five public utility buildings owned by the State Treasury in the permanent management of the Border Guard Division in Chełm. The scope of thermal retrofitting works of each building will consist mainly of: — insulation of the outer walls with a layer of heat insulation made of styrofoam and an acrylic plaster dyed in mass; — insulation of external walls in extruded styrofoam ground, – insulation of stropodache; — replacement of windows and external doors; — comprehensive modernisation of the central heating system (disassembly of the old installation, installation of new radiators and thermostatic valves). Technical documentation has been developed on the above-mentioned project, taking into account the principle of energy respect. During the construction works, the author of the documentation will be supervised by the author. Thermo-modernisation will help to protect buildings against atmospheric influences (especially in the winter) by reducing expenses related to heat supply and improving thermal comfort during the winter. The planned implementation does not interfere with the EU Natura 2000 programme. (English)

(demontaż starej instalacji, montaż nowych grzejników i zaworów termostatycznych). Na w/w przedsięwzięcia opracowano dokumentację techniczną z uwzględnieniem zasady poszanowania energii. W trakcie robót budowlanych nadzór autorski będzie sprawował autor dokumentacji. Termomodernizacja pozwoli zabezpieczyć budynki przed wpływami czynników atmosferycznych (zwłaszcza w okresie zimowym) zmniejszając wydatki związane z dostawami ciepła i poprawiając komfort cieplny w okresie zimowym. Planowana realizacja nie ingeruje w chroniony unijnym programem "Natura 2000" obszar nadbużański. (Polish)
