The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the five publicly owned buildings owned by the State Treasury in the sustainable management of the Nadbużański Division of the Border Guard in Chełm.The energy efficiency of each building will mainly consist of:— the heating of the outer walls with a layer of thermal insulation with contact and elewo-light finishes with acrylic rendering dyed in the mass;— insulation of the outer walls in the field of extruded polystyrene, — the insulation of the costume;Replacement of windows and external doors;A comprehensive modernisation of the home installation (dismantling of old installation, installation of new radiators and thermostatic valves).The project has developed technical documentation taking into account the principle of respect for energy.During the works, the author’s supervision will be the author of the file.Thermal modernisation will make it possible to secure buildings from the influences of the weather (especially during the winter), reducing the expenses associated with the supply of heat and improving thermal comfort during the winter.The planned implementation does not interfere with the protected EU Natura 2000 programme.     Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej pięciu budynków użyteczności publicznej będących własnością Skarbu Państwa w trwałym zarządzie Nadbużańskiego Oddziału Straży Granicznej w Chełmie. Zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych każdego z budynków będzie polegał głównie na: - dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych warstwą izolacji cieplnej ze styropianu i wyprawie elewacyjnej z tynku akrylowego barwionego w masie; - dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych w gruncie styropianem ekstrudowanym, - dociepleniu stropodachów; - wymianie okien i drzwi zewnętrznych; - kompleksowej modernizacji instalacji c.o. (demontaż starej instalacji, montaż nowych grzejników i zaworów termostatycznych). Na w/w przedsięwzięcia opracowano dokumentację techniczną z uwzględnieniem zasady poszanowania energii. W trakcie robót budowlanych nadzór autorski będzie sprawował autor dokumentacji. Termomodernizacja pozwoli zabezpieczyć budynki przed wpływami czynników atmosferycznych (zwłaszcza w okresie zimowym) zmniejszając wydatki związane z dostawami ciepła i poprawiając komfort cieplny w okresie zimowym. Planowana realizacja nie ingeruje w chroniony unijnym programem "Natura 2000" obszar nadbużański. (Polish)
