Prace termomodernizacyjne mają polegać na: wymianie instalacji c.o. z modernizacją kotłowni, montażu nawiewników okiennych, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych nadziemnych piwnic, cokół, ociepleniu stropodachu części niskiej i łącznika, wymianie okien, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych kondygnacji nadziemnych, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych przy gruncie, modernizacji oświetlenia, instalacji OZE.
