The project consists of a deep energy modernisation of the building of the Institute of Biology, Faculty of Nature and Humanities University in Siedlce. As part of this investment, the following will be carried out: thermal modernisation of the foundation walls, thermal modernisation of external walls, thermomodernisation of the ceiling over the last floor, replacement of window and door joinery (external doors), replacement of heaters and installation of thermostatic valves, replacement of light sources for LED housings on corridors, installation of heat meters in the thermal node serving buildings of the Faculty of Nature. The project foresees the following expenditure: — execution of technical documentation and feasibility study, – execution of all construction works and necessary research (including leakage testing and thermal imaging of the building) resulting from project specificities, – ex-post energy audit, – ensuring investor supervision and project service, -promotion of the project. Przedsięwzięcie polega na głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej budynku Instytutu Biologii Wydziału Przyrodniczego Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczo-Humanistycznego w Siedlcach. W ramach przedmiotowej inwestycji zostaną wykonane: termomodernizacja ścian fundamentowych, termomodernizacja ścian zewnętrznych, termomodernizacja stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej (drzwi zewnętrzne), wymiana grzejników i montaż zaworów termostatycznych, wymiana źródeł światła na oprawy typu LED na korytarzach, montaż licznika energii cieplnej w węźle cieplnym obsługującym budynki Wydziału Przyrodniczego. W ramach projektu przewiduje się poniesienie następujących wydatków: - wykonanie dokumentacji technicznej i Studium Wykonalności, - wykonanie wszystkich robót budowlanych oraz koniecznych badań (w tym badania szczelności oraz badania termowizyjnego budynku) wynikających ze specyfiki projektu, - wykonanie audytu energetycznego ex-post, - zapewnienie nadzoru inwestorskiego i obsługi projektu, -promocja projektu.
