| Property / summary: The project concerns the construction within NUTS-3 of the Chełmsko-zamojski subregion (A1 part), ID:3.3.06.10A1, in the county of bielrazavan, Zamora, m. Zamość (‘the Intervention Area’) of a broadband network in cable technology (for households and educational establishments) of a total length of 1 937.30 km.As a result of the project, 33 003 households and 158 educational establishments will have access to the internet.33 003 farms will have access to a network with a performance of at least 100 Mbps. all educational establishments identified for connection will gain the capacity of at least 100Mbps (symmetric).The main objective of the project is to implement the access networks that telecommunications operators will use to provide retail services.The applicant will only be a provider of wholesale services and the network built under the project will be made available to all interested retail operators (user operators) on the basis of wholesale access.The project involves the design and construction of a Broadband Area for the Broadband Area, leading to the maximisation of the coverage of the country with modern NGA access networks. Projekt dotyczy budowy na terenie NUTS-3 – podregion chełmsko-zamojski (część A1), ID: 3.3.06.10a1 w powiecie biłgorajskim, zamojskim, m. Zamość (zwanym dalej „Obszarem Interwencji”) sieci szerokopasmowej w technologii kablowej (dla gospodarstw domowych oraz jednostek oświatowych) o łącznej długości 1 937,30 km. W wyniku realizacji Projektu 33 003 gospodarstw domowych oraz 158 placówek oświatowych uzyska dostęp do Internetu. 33 003 gospodarstw uzyska dostęp do sieci o parametrach co najmniej 100 Mb/s. Wszystkie placówki oświatowe wskazane do podłączenia uzyskają przepustowość min. 100Mb/s (symetryczne). Głównym celem Projektu jest realizacja sieci dostępowych, które będą wykorzystane przez przedsiębiorców telekomunikacyjnych do świadczenia usług detalicznych. Wnioskodawca będzie dostawcą wyłącznie usług hurtowych a wybudowana w ramach Projektu sieć zostanie udostępniona wszystkim zainteresowanym operatorom detalicznym (operatorom korzystającym) na zasadach dostępu hurtowego. W ramach Projektu zakłada się zaprojektowanie oraz wybudowanie na Obszarze Interwencji sieci szerokopasmowego Internetu, doprowadzając w efekcie do maksymalizacji pokrycia kraju nowoczesnymi sieciami dostępowymi NGA.
