Since the project is implemented in part in the Design and Building formula, and at present the final design solutions and the permanent traffic organisation project are not yet known, the above-mentioned length of the road to be built must be estimated and can be corrected. The beginning of the investment took place in km 417 + 530,00 (preceded by the incorporation section of DK 1 from km 416 + 500 to km 417+ 530; the section from km 416 + 650 to km 417 + 530 has parameters of the motorway) in front of the Rząsaw junction. The end of the investment was designed in km 474 + 350.00 before the “Pyrzowice” junction in Ożarowice commune. The project at the stage of the preparation of the investment and implementation (contract sections) has been divided into four tasks: • section F w. “Rząsawa” (with a node) – w. “Blachownia” (with node) – implemented in the system Za Projektuj i Buduj, • section G w. “Blachownia” (without a node) – w. “Zawodzie” (without a node) – implemented in the system. Zasadniczą częścią przedsięwzięcia jest budowa autostrady A1 w odcinek Pyrzowice – koniec obwodnicy Częstochowy, zlokalizowanej w sieci bazowej TEN-T, korytarzu Bałtyk- Adriatyk, o łącznej długości 57,70 km. W zakresie tym zawarte jest włączenie autostrady A1 do istniejącego przekroju drogi krajowej nr 1, które na odcinku 0,88 km posiada parametry autostrady (całkowita długość włączenia wynosi 1,03 km, z czego 0,15 km nie posiada parametrów autostrady). Ponieważ projekt realizowany jest w części w formule Zaprojektuj i Buduj, a w chwili obecnej nie są znane jeszcze ostateczne rozwiązania projektowe oraz projekt stałej organizacji ruchu, wskazaną wyżej długość drogi do wybudowania należy traktować szacunkowo i może ona ulec korekcie. Początek inwestycji przyjęto w km 417+530,00 (poprzedzony odcinkiem włączenia do DK 1 od km 416+500 do km 417+530; przy czym odcinek od km 416+650 do km 417+530 posiada parametry autostrady) przed węzłem Rząsawa. Koniec inwestycji zaprojektowano w km 474+350,00 przed węzłem „Pyrzowice” na terenie gminy Ożarowice. Przedmiotowy Projekt na etapie przygotowania inwestycji oraz realizacji (odcinki kontraktowe) został podzielony na cztery zadania: • odcinek F w. „Rząsawa” (z węzłem) - w. „Blachownia” (z węzłem) – realizowany w systemie Zaprojektuj i Buduj, • odcinek G w. „Blachownia” (bez węzła) - w. „Zawodzie” (z węzłem) – realizowany w systemie Zaprojektuj i Buduj, • odcinek H w. „Zawodzie” (bez węzła) - w. „Woźniki” (z węzłem) – realizowany w systemie Buduj, • odcinek I w. „Woźniki” (bez węzła) - w. „Pyrzowice” (bez węzła) – realizowany w systemie Buduj.
