Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The far-reaching goal of plant production and strategy for the future is the “zero” consumption of synthetic agrochemicals. They are not indifferent to the environment and should only be used if non-chemical methods of protection fail or cannot be used. Since 2014, integrated plant protection has become mandatory, consisting of using all available methods of plant protection, in particular non-chemical methods, in such a way as to minimise risks to human health, animal health and the environment. These principles perfectly fit in with the aim of developing and implementing for production by BURY Tunnel Sprayer Agricultural Machinery with re-irrculation of spraying fluids. This is a new generation of “environmentally friendly” sprayers in the EU. Original technical solutions (Patent-P176364) and results of over 20 years of research and development on tunnel orchard spraying techniques conducted at the Institute of Horticulture in Skierniewice will be used in the design of the sprayer. This study was ahead of its age, as it was only now, thanks to a reduction in the size of trees in fruit orchards, that conditions have arisen for the widespread introduction of this technique to fruit production. As a result of the project, a family of innovative tunnel sprayers, equipped with unique construction solutions, which will be protected at the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, will be developed. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). W konstrukcji opryskiwacza zostaną wykorzystane oryginalne rozwiązania techniczne (Patent-P176364) i wyniki ponad 20-letnich prac badawczo-rozwojowych nad tunelową techniką opryskiwania sadów prowadzone w Instytucie Ogrodnictwa w Skierniewicach. Badania te wyprzedzały swoją epokę, gdyż dopiero obecnie, dzięki zmniejszeniu wielkości drzew w sadach owocowych zaistniały warunki umożliwiające powszechne wprowadzenie tej techniki do towarowej produkcji owoców. W rezultacie projektu zostanie opracowana rodzina nowatorskich w skali światowej opryskiwaczy tunelowych wyposażonych w unikalne rozwiązania konstrukcyjne, które będą przedmiotem ochrony w Urzędzie Patentowym RP.
