The project plans a range of tasks consistent with the guidelines set out in the industry promotion programme, i.e.: — participation in five trade fairs, including two on the Chinese market, – participation in a group business mission to the US market, – purchase of advisory services, – purchase of promotional materials including MPG panel. As part of the participation in trade fairs, there is a company stand, built in a standard system, with customised design. Promotional materials will be prepared for the fair mainly in the form of offer catalogues. Bilingual (Chinese/English) catalogues are planned for the Chinese trade fair in China. The remaining fairs and missions will be prepared in English. Due to the lack of experience in the execution of contracts on the Chinese market (on European and Arab markets the company has been operating for several years), there is an urgent need to order an advisory service covering the scope of market research, competition analysis and company analysis, brand creation model, selection of potential distributors, organisation of meetings with distributors during the fair and guidelines for negotiating terms of cooperation with Asian partners.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej:_art.19 Projekt dotyczy realizacji zaplanowanych działań promocyjnych na rynkach międzynarodowych, w odniesieniu do możliwości jakie daje korzystanie z Programu promocji branży POLSKICH SPECJALNOŚCI ŻYWNOŚCIOWYCH. Najważniejszym rynkiem perspektywicznym jest rynek chiński, jednak działania będą realizowane również na rynkach europejskich (Francja, Niemcy) a także w ZEA i USA w trakcie udziału w targach międzynarodowych i misjach gospodarczych. W ramach projektu zaplanowano zakres zadań spójny z wytycznymi zapisanymi w branżowym programie promocji, to znaczy: - udział w pięciu imprezach targowych, w tym w dwóch na rynku chińskim, - udział w grupowej misji gospodarczej na rynek USA, - zakup usługi doradczej, - zakup materiałów promocyjnych w tym panelu MPG. W ramach udziału w imprezach targowych każdorazowo przewidziano stoisko firmowe, zabudowane w systemie standardowym, ze zindywidualizowanym wystrojem. Na targi będą przygotowywane materiały promocyjne głównie w postaci katalogów ofertowych. Na potrzeby targów w chinach zaplanowano katalogi w wersjach dwujęzycznych (chiński/angielski), na pozostałe targi i misje zostaną przygotowane katalogi w języku angielskim. Ze względu na brak doświadczenia w realizacji kontraktów na rynku chińskim (na rynkach europejskich i arabskich firma działa już od kilkunastu lat), istnieje pilna potrzeba zamówienia usługi doradczej obejmującej zakresem badanie potrzeb rynku, analizę konkurencji oraz firmy, model kreacji marki, wyselekcjonowanie potencjalnych dystrybutorów, organizację spotkań z dystrybutorami podczas targów oraz wytyczne dla prowadzenia negocjacji warunków współpracy z partnerami z Azji. Firma Milanówek działa na rynku od 1994 roku, posiada więc rozbudowane zaplecze organizacyjne i kadrowe.
