Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article: 25 EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The project concerns the development of a system of construction and assembly of specialised vehicles. Applied technologies for pressing wide aluminium profiles and forming system connectors will allow us to launch a completely new product in the form of a fire-fighting vehicle made of aluminium panels. The expected results of the project will be a breakthrough not only on the special body market, but also on the market of trailers and semi-trailers including aluminium bodies. The proposed solution eliminates current problems such as: limited recycling possibilities of plastic bodywork components, harmfulness of substances used in their manufacturing process and length of production cycle, as well as the nuisances associated with joining processes. In the proposed solution, mounting panels will be combined with specially developed and dedicated to shape panels made by plastic processing technology. There is currently no solution in the world where extruded aluminium panels (especially from 5xxx series alloys) with a width of 600 mm are used for the construction of vehicle bodyworks. (English)

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt dotyczy opracowania systemu budowy i montażu nadwozi pojazdów specjalistycznych. W proponowanym rozwiązaniu panele montażowe łączone będą za pomocą specjalnie opracowanych i dedykowanych do kształtu paneli łączników wykonanych technologią obróbki plastycznej. (Polish)
